The story behind Inherited Skincare
Suruchi grew up watching her grandmother, Leela, perform the same ritual every evening. Warm ghee, pressed gently into her face and hands. No measuring, no fuss — just the unhurried confidence of someone who had been doing this for decades, as her mother had before her, and her mother before that.
Grandma Leela's skin told the story. In her seventies, it was soft, luminous and completely at ease. Not the result of a ten-step routine or a shelf full of products — just ghee, water, and 5,000 years of Ayurvedic knowledge passed quietly from generation to generation.
Suruchi never forgot that ritual. And when modern skincare — full of parabens, synthetic fragrances and harsh actives — left her skin reactive and depleted, she came back to it. Inherited Skincare was born from that return.
